Maker: Alex D'Innocenzo, Cook, Mulberry Social, Lancaster

October 9, 2015
“I’ve been in kitchens since I was 15. I grew up watching the original Japanese Iron Chef, and I always wanted to be like Morimoto and I was lucky I got to work with him. I like the Japanese work ethic and discipline. Eventually, I want to have my own Michelin star restaurant. It’s a long road ahead, but I have to start somewhere.”

Mulberry Social is at 300 W James St, Lancaster, PA.
