Dinesh Chaurasiya has been making paan for the past 25 years. He inherited the stall from his grandfather, Satyanarayan Chaurasiya.

“पान अपनापन से बंता है। पान का टेस्ट दिल से ही आता है।”

(From Hindi) roughly translates to:

“Paan is made with kinship. The taste of paan comes from the heart.”
