“What drives me to go to the kitchen? Honestly I am not sure how to answer that except that food is my life. I just had a sweet craving and made myself some cookies, every time I go on holidays I first look to where the best places are to eat... souvenirs are spices or any type of food. Every event, friends’ place or whereever, I end up cooking... and when I have to go to the restaurant in the morning it’s pretty much the same feeling, it’s my life, it’s a way of life...”
